The 2nd requisite is Lord Tenterden's Act (nine Geo. four. c. 14),[16] which enacts that "no action shall be introduced whereby to cost any person upon or by cause of any representation or assurance created or provided regarding or regarding the character, conduct, credit rating, skill, trade or dealings of another human being, to the intent or int
